What can our instruments tell you about citrus?

Earlier this month we were excited to formally introduce our F-750 Produce Quality Meter as a fast, non-destructive tool for measuring TSS (Brix) in citrus to the growers and researchers that we met at the 2015 Citrus Expo. The F-750 rapidly measures the internal TSS (Brix) content of fruit at any point pre-harvest or post-harvest. Our Produce Quality Meter helps growers harvest at the optimum time for maximum quality, enables packers to perform inspections faster and more efficiently, and allows receivers and importers to more accurately assess the quality of their inbound fruit.
